Toy Street Shipping & Return Policy: Making Sure Smiles Stay Bright!

• Shipping Policy: We race to get your order shipped! Expect your toys within 10-12 business days. Shipping costs vary and are shown at checkout. Track your order with a handy notification and number we send once it ships.

At Toy Street, we want playtime to be filled with joy! However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we're happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving your package.

Here are the details to keep things smooth:

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note that requests received after this timeframe won't be eligible for a refund. Before initiating the return one must contact us via our email i.e., toystreets.store@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 8468064003
• Return Shipping: To keep things fair, you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.
• Condition of Returned Items: To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. This allows us to offer the toy to another playtime adventurer.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we'll process a full refund for the purchase price (excluding the handling charges) within 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.
